How does it work?
At Stand Up Paddling (Suppen) you stand on a SUP board and you move yourself with a paddle that you get on both sides through the water. Suppen is a complete work-out, you train your legs, buttocks, back, arms and shoulders and it is a very intensive workout for your abdominal muscles. In short, Suppen is good for your health and suitable for anyone who likes to work on his or her fitness and body in the open air.
Suppen is almost always possible and is for everyone to do. The boards are for different levels and are generally long and wide, making them very stable and the technique is easy to learn. If you have mastered it, you will never want anything else.
